Amphenol Precision Optics specializes in the production of mechanical precision parts and is a solid partner for the entire value chain in industry. This includes the development and manufacture according to customer requirements as well as the production of prototypes by our own design department. The use of latest technologies and most modern machines for the development, production and quality assurance methods of customized products is a matter of course for Amphenol Precision Optics .

Amphenol Precision Optics takes over the complete production of ready-to-install individual and series parts - starting from procurement through the entire chain of mechanical processing to final surface treatment. Customers benefit from our know-how in manufacturing to the limits of its feasibility.

Amphenol Precision Optics GmbH has many years of experience in handling of following materials:

Aluminium, nickel silver, Arcap (i.E: AP 1D, AP 1C), titanium, stainless steel (1.4305, 1.4301, 1.4112, 1.4108), brass (MS58), copper
Plastics such as POM, PTFE, PEEK or ABS are also possible. The processing of other materials (lead free acc. to RoHS/REACH) is possible on request.

Milling max. dimensions 150 x 150 x 90 mm
Drilling from 50 - 1200 µm Ø
