thorough review of market conditions, our internal resources and our future development goals in the Medical and Defense segments, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the ‘Tools for the Wire Coating Industry’ business segment with effect from June 30, 2026.

This has not been an easy decision for us to make. We have had the privilege of working with you to implement numerous successful projects and provide high-quality solutions for the wire coating industry over many years. However, conditions in this market segment have changed significantly in recent years. At the same time, we wish to focus our company more strongly on areas where we see long-term innovation potential, and where we can continue to guarantee our customers the highquality products and services they have come to expect.
Until the aforementioned date, we will, of course, fulfil all existing obligations fully and reliably.

Ongoing projects and services will continue as normal. Our team will also be available to advise you and develop suitable transitional solutions with you.
