Calibration pins are used for measuring dies or for calibrating tools. Amphenol Precision Optics manufactures sizing wires with two ballistic tips made of spring steel wire acc. to DIN 17223, sheet 1 / DIN 2076. They are drawn to the required dimension and cut to specification.

Sizing wire gauges
- 0.100 – 1.000 mm in gradations of 2 μm, length 35 mm.
- 1.005 – 1.600 mm in gradations of 5 μm, length 40 mm.
Sizing pins
- 0,500 – 6.600 mm in gradations of 10 μm, length 80 mm.
- Intermediate sizes available on request.
